Ensure configuration of desktop computers, peripherals and accounts assigning security level are met
Design new network and struct for PABX setups for new branch
Provide basic installation, configuration and support for routing and switching systems
Provide solutions to networking within branches, corporate office and head office
Ensure all internet and intranet policies are into effect and as per the need of the organization
Act as an end-user liaison for the computing operation, communicating, resolving and initiating the resolution of problems and concerns
Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines
