As an Operation Associate within our HR Outsourcing Department, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various HR functions for our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services, including payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance management, and employee relations support. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, providing support, and maintaining strong client relationships.

  2. HR Service Delivery: Coordinate and execute HR processes and transactions on behalf of clients, including payroll processing, benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.

  3. Compliance Management: Ensure client compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations by staying informed about legal updates, conducting audits, and implementing necessary changes to HR processes and procedures.

  4. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to clients on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Assist in conducting investigations as needed.

  5. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors, such as payroll providers and benefit administrators, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and employee data in HR systems and databases. Generate reports and analytics to track key HR metrics and performance indicators.

  7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, enhance efficiency, and improve service delivery for clients. Implement best practices and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

  8. Training and Education: Provide training and guidance to clients on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Keep clients informed about industry trends and developments that may impact their HR operations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in HR outsourcing, HR consulting, or a similar role preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of HR functions, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
  4. Proficiency with HRIS systems and software.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
