Working days- 5 (Monday to Friday)

About you

We’re looking for a strong communicator with minimum 6 months of exposure to Australian mortgage industry landscape who is detail-oriented and highly analytical. You will provide end-to-end services to Australian Mortgage by taking charge of the mortgage application process from submission until settlement and will be responsible for completing the assessment based on the client’s financial circumstances, needs, and requirements. You will provide lender recommendations, accurately upload clients’ information to the lenders’ CRM system, organise supporting documents, and liaise with relevant parties until settlement all while remaining compliant with regulatory lending requirements.

Responsibilities

- Document verification.
- Data entry, lodgement and uploading supporting documentation - includes CRM and Lender Apply
- Online data entry.
- Lender policy research and recommendations
- Borrowing capacity calculations and funding position preparation
- Living expenses analysis.
- Collaborating with lenders and BDMs to analyse and mitigate financial scenarios.
- Communicating with brokers and customers as required.
- Ordering valuations/pricing.
- Preparing FHOG form and Discharge Form as required.
- File management and follow-ups until settlement.
- Other Ad-hoc duties as required.

Academic qualifications and Experience

- A bachelor’s degree or higher in finance or a related field
- Over 2 years of work experience in the finance industry
- Minimum 6 months of Australian mortgage industry experience
