We are seeking an experienced credit expert, who is passionate about leading a team of Credit Analysts and undertaking day-to-day responsibilities namely coaching, supporting, and mentoring.
At least 2+ years of experience on the Australian Mortgage broking Industry is required.
You will play a pivotal role in driving a high-performing team and be responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of processes across the department.

Key responsibilities:
- Workflow management and monitoring.
- Foster a collaborative work environment to maximize team productivity and morale.
- Work collaboratively with the credit manager sharing observations/findings for team development/training programs.
- Oversee the assessment and data entry of trainee credit analysts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lender’s policies and procedures.
- Guide team members on challenging applications.
- Ensure the department reporting requirements are prepared and processed in a timely manner when required.
- Undertake application calculations, assessment criteria, and scenario workshopping and provide recommendations to the mortgage brokers.
- Prepare applications to ensure the information provided is in line with the aggregator and lender’s policy.
- Data entry, application lodgement, and supporting document upload on CRM and lender Apply Online.
- Prepare FHOG form and Discharge Form when required.
- File management and follow-ups until settlement.
- Ad-hoc duties when required.
