Responsibilities as a Copywriter:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative concepts and strategies for advertising campaigns based on client briefs and marketing objectives.
  • Create clear, concise, and impactful copy for various advertising materials, including Digital Campaigns, Social media content, Video Scripts, Email campaigns, print ads, TV and radio scripts, online banners, Website copy, and more.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all copy to reinforce the brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
  • Conduct research on target demographics, industry trends, and competitor activities to gain insights and develop effective messaging.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure that all copy is error-free, grammatically accurate, and aligns with the creative brief and marketing goals.
  • Work closely with art directors, client servicing executives, designers, and other team members to ensure that copy and visual elements complement each other and deliver a cohesive message.
  • Adapt copy to suit different media platforms and channels while maintaining the core message and intent.
  • Assist in planning content calendars and schedules to align with marketing strategies and product launches.
  • Present copy ideas and concepts to clients and address feedback and revisions professionally.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, new advertising techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance creative approaches.
  • Working with the media buying, creative and content team to make the campaign outcome popular and result centric.

 

Key skills and requirements required to meet position objectives:

●      Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related fields.

●      Proven experience as an advertising copywriter or in a similar creative writing role.

●      Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

●      Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.

●      Proficiency in storytelling and crafting narratives that resonate with the target audience.

●      Understanding of marketing principles and consumer psychology.

●      Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends.
